Special Progress In Work With Progressive Cavity Pumps

Progressive Cavity Pumps
Pumping is an effective and inevitable process in our lives. The efficiency of pumping is also achieved with progressive cavity pumps that are known in the industry for being used in the fluid handling systems. Being versatile in nature these pumps are perfect for abrasive and volatile liquids and tough pumping operations. Most commonly where centrifugal pumps fail in terms of performance PC pumps come as the premium option. Increasing the working of the pumps has major benefits. If you are also searching for the best category of pumps read ahead to know about the premium benefits you can get by using PC pumps.

Working Of A PC Pump

PC pumps carry the crucial components like rotor and stator, wherein the rotor rotates while forming a cavity. They come in different sizes as well as shapes while performing its most advantageous function of pumping the required fluid to the cavity. There are many advantages you should consider while you are thinking of buying a PC pump.

Ability To Handle High Pressure

Coming with a capacity to handle pressure upto 80 bar, there is a high requirement of handling the pressure.

Preventing The Backflow

A stoppage is a situation where we need the requirement of preventing the backflow. These pumps contain sliders, stopping on the flow effectively.

Capability To Handle Diverse Viscosities

Different fluids carry different levels of viscosities. PC pumps today are a much-preferred option for a variety of pumping operations because of the ability to handle different viscosities.

Greater Level Of Suction Performance

PC pumps are a known source in this section of the suction performance. A Waste Water Pumps is also well known because of its water pumping suction action.

Roto Pumps is a company of well known trusted individuals working for bringing innovations with pumping solutions. Screw Pumps for Efficient Transfer of Liquids

twin-screw-pumps
Roto Pumps is a well-known industrial pumps manufacturer and supplier.

A Screw Pump is a kind of a Positive Displacement Pump that operates with the help of one or more screws that help to carry the liquids through the pump.

A Single Screw Pump consists of a rotor fixed inside a cylindrical stator lined with rubber. The rotational action of the rotor inside the stator lifts the liquid into the pump and move it along the axis of the rotor. The rotors for these kinds of pumps are shaped like twisted round shafts. These kinds of pumps are ideal for non-pulsating metered flow. Whatever the nature of the transported liquid, the discharge of these pumps is precisely repeatable. They ensure silent running due to the movement of the rotor inside the rubber stator. These pumps can handle varied kinds of liquids- abrasive or non-abrasive, with or without solid elements. However, the power to run the pump is required to be increased when liquids with solid constituents needs to be handled. These pumps are highly efficient and ensure high suction lift. They are also reversible and very easy to maintain. Some of the industries which use these pumps are shipping, cosmetics, steel manufacturing etc.

The Twin Screw Pumps are double ended pumps.  They comprise of external timing gears, double screw spindles fixed inside a closed compartment and a motor. These pumps operate by the rotation of the spindles inside the compartment. The screw spindles rotate in opposite directions, carrying the liquid axially through the gap between the casing of the compartment and the twin screws. These pumps are known to ensure high volumetric ability, and are mostly used for high power applications. They can be used to transfer varied kinds of liquids; irrespective of their viscosity and aggressiveness.
